These Company Applications have been filed by the applicants to condone the delay of 32 days in filing their respective claim petitions with the Official Liquidator, who is representing M/s Monarch Finlease Limited (company under liquidation), as per the notice published on 13.02.2018 and consequently, to direct the Official Liquidator to process the said claims. Since no objection has been raised on behalf of the Official Liquidator, the delay is condoned and the Company Applications are accordingly, ordered. No costs.
