THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.477 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the accused seeking to set aside the order of IV Special Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur dated 25.1.2016, whereby the learned Magistrate issued Non-Bailable Warrant against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1365 of 2014 in C.C.No.422 of 2012. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Perused the material on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner assures this Court that the second petitioner, who is the Managing Director of the first petitioner-company is ready to surrender before the trial Court and prays this Court to grant some time for his surrender. In the circumstances of the case, the second petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court on or before 29.02.2016. Till such time, the operation of N.B.W. issued by the trial Court is hereby suspended.

The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
