Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is about non-disposal of Appeal No.H/970/2018 filed by him before respondent No.2Revenue Divisional Officer, Choutuppal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District on 07.07.2018.

Considering the fact that the appeal is filed in 2018 and more than a year has lapsed, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 2 to dispose of the Appeal filed by the petitioner, by adhering to the principles of natural justice and strictly following the prescribed procedure, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
