HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.104 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw E.P.No.24 of 2010 in O.S.No.7 of 1984 from the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Kakinada, and transfer the same to any other competent court having jurisdiction, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both counsels in one voice submitted that the fourth respondent herein filed E.A.No.200 of 2015 requesting the Court to decide the jurisdictional aspect. In view of the submissions made by both counsels, I am not inclined to express any opinion with regard to this petition.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by both counsels, and Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada to dispose of E.A.No.200 of 2015 as early as possible.
