HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO T.R.C.No.101 of 2002 ORDER: (Per Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Tax Revision Case is filed against the order dated 16.05.2000 passed in T.A. No.925 of 1996 by the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Hyderabad. The Appellate Tribunal has disposed of the said T.A., in a batch of appeals by the impugned order.

2) When this revision is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that against the impugned order, revision cases were filed before this Court and this Court by a common order dated 16.07.2009 dismissed all revision cases vide T.R.C. No.177 of 2002 and batch and hence, the subject matter of this revision case is squarely covered by the said common order.

3) In view of the said representation, this Tax Revision Case is also dismissed, in the light of the common order dated 16.07.2009.

4) Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Tax Revision Case shall stand closed. No costs.
