The petitioner complains against inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in investigating FIR No.138/ 2012 filed against respondents 6 to 45 and taking action in accordance with law as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader (Home), on instructions, submits that charge sheet was filed on 29.12.2012 and the C.C. ended in acquittal on 31.03.2016. The statement is placed on record and this Court is of the view that having regard to these developments, the petitioner is not coming forward to work out the writ prayer.
