THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.3992 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus Writ Petition seeks production of Mandava Venkateswara Rao, S/o late Dasaradha Ramaiah and Thiruveedhi Prabhudas, Son of late Issak, alleging their illegal detention by respondents 4 and 5.

Sri C.S.Suryaprakash, learned Special Government Pleader, on the other hand, submits that a crime has been registered against persons and Mandava Venkateswara Rao and Thiruveedhi Prabhudas and they came to be arrested on 08.02.2016, and were produced before the Magistrate and presently, they are in judicial custody. In view thereof, nothing further survives in the Writ Petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings for redressal of her grievance. Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy for redressal of her grievance, if any.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
