The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 15.11.2014, passed in I.A.No.655 of 2013 in O.S.No.141 of 2012 on the file of learned XIII Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit itself was decreed partly on 23.11.2016, whereas, the present revision petition was filed on 26.08.2015.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
