HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.460 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners - Accused Nos. 1 to 4 under Sections 437 and 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to them in Crime No.105 of 2015 on the file of Rolugunta Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b) & 25 of the NDPS Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioners were found transporting 100 kgs of ganja illegally. Since the quantity of ganja seized from the possession of the petitioners is commercial, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
