Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 2) The impugned order dated 27.10.2016 passed in S.S.C. No.05 of 2012 on the file of Special Sessions Judge for trial of Cases under SC & ST (POA) Act - cum - VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Warangal, no way requires interference for this Court while sitting in revision, but for left open for appreciation, subj ect to showing of legal position ultimately to the extent covered by cross examination to consider as a fact finding authority by appreciation of the evidence available on record within the legal parameters and with reference to Sections 134 to 137 of the Indian Evidence Act.

3) Accordingly and in the result, the Revision is disposed of. 4) As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed.
