O R D E R

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of order dated 24.04.2015 passed in W.P.M.P.No.14137 of 2015 in W.P.No.10695 of 2015 where in this Court directed the 4t h respondent to ensure that no constructions are to be undertaken by the 5th respondent without obtaining permission.

Counter affidavit is filed stating that in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, notice under Section 452(1) and (2) of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act were issued and finally notice under Section 636 of the Act was issued on the 5th respondent. Meanwhile, the 5th respondent filed O.S.No.1681 of 2015 on the file of VI Junior Civil Judge and obtained status-quo order in I.A.No.546 of 2015. As such, further action could not be taken.

In view of the fact that the Civil Court ordered status-quo on 31.07.2015, it cannot be said that the respondents have violated the orders passed by this Court. However, it is open for the petitioner to get himself impleaded in the said suit and seek appropriate relief available to him under law. Subject to the result of the said I.A., the respondents shall take necessary action in accordance with law. Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
