This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.2 seeking to quash the proceedings against her in Crime No.252 of 2015 of Macharam Police Station, Cyberabad.

On written instructions, dated 16.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, and C.C.No.2646 of 2018 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
