THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.5850 of 2019 ORDER:

Ms. Asra begum, learned counsel, representing Smt. Rachna Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent has produced death certificate dated 18.10.2021 issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths, Kothagudem Municipality, Bhadradri Kothagudem district, to show that the petitioner is no more as died on 13.09.2021. The said death certificate is placed on record. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as abated and the proceedings in Cr.No.175 of 2018 pending on the file of the Kothagudem III Town Police Station, against the petitioner herein only are hereby quashed.
