This is second bail application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A4 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 324 and 307 r/w 149 IPC.

The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner-A4 was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court, by order, dated 16.08.2017, in Criminal Petition No.4917 of 2017. The investigation is in progress. There are no changes of circumstances. The petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.
