HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR Criminal Petition No.3884 of 2015 ORDER:- The petitioner/ accused No.1 filed the present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking release in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.27 of 2015 of Rapthadu Police Station, Anantapur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 307, 109, 506 r/w 34 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. Though the present application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C, the counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the bail application to be filed by him at the earliest.

4. Accepting the request of the petitioner and having regard to the fact that the dispute is with regard to the potency of the parties, the Criminal petition is disposed of, by directing the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court and move an application after giving notice to the public prosecutor, in which event the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law on the same day. _______________________ JUSTICE C.
