The matter has been listed on being mentioned for necessary corrections so far as the appearance of the counsel representing the petitioner is concerned. While passing the order dated 23.09.2025 in the writ petition, there appears to be clerical error that is crept so far as regarding the counsel who has represented the petitioner. In the order, it is reflected as Sri A.V.Raghu Ram, learned counsel, who appeared for Mr.V.Siddharth Reddy , in fact, it was Sri Karthik Ramana Puttam Reddy, learned counsel, who had appeared for Sri V.Siddharth Reddy, learned counsel.

This aspect is not disputed by learned counsel for the respondents as well.

In view of the same, we direct the Registry to take necessary steps in ensuring that the appearance paragraph in the order dated 23.09.2025 in WP.No.496 of 2006 is

corrected to the extent that the name of Sri Karthik Ramana Puttam Reddy represented for Sri V.Siddharth Reddy in place of Sri A.V.Raghu Ram.

Let the order be made part of record of this Writ Petition.
