HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 9769 OF 2011 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, investigation shall be continued to its logical end. The Police of I Town Eluru Police Station, West Godavari District, are directed to take up investigation and complete the same expeditiously. However, during the course of investigation, the Police of I Town Eluru Police Station, West Godavari District, shall strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., towards petitioners/A1 to A7.

Petitioners/A1 to A7 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation and they are directed to furnish their address particulars within three days from the date of this order to the Investigating Officer for summoning them, if necessary, during the course of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________ U. DURGA PRASAD RAO, J Date: 31.03.
