O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioners in this case was that the police authorities

were not providing police aid to maintain status quo as directed by this Court in W.P.No.5614 of 2011 on 30.03.2011 in respect of certain land. A copy of the order dated 30.03.2011 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.5614 of 2011 is placed on record and reflects that status quo was directed to be maintained in respect of certain house properties in various localities of new Hafeezpet village, Sherilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. This Court is however informed that W.P.No.5614 of 2011 was disposed of by a Division Bench of this Court on 10.03.2014.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 30.03.2011 passed earlier at the interlocutory stage in the said writ petition no longer survives and is deemed to have merged in the final order. As the basis for filing of this writ petition has ceased to exist, viz., the interim order dated 30.03.2011 in W.P.No.5614 of 2011, no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
