THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.7015 of 2016 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking relaxation of condition No.2 in the order dated 12.04.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.440 of 2016 in Crime No.18 of 2016 on the file of the V Additional Sessions Judge, Rayachoty.

A perusal of the material on record would show that while releasing the petitioners, the learned Sessions Judge imposed the following condition.

"Accused Nos.2, 5 to 31, who are hails from Karnataka and Tamilnadu States and non locals are ordered to be released on bail on their execution of a personal bond for Rs.50,000/- each with two local sureties supported by original title deeds."

Aggrieved by the same, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

Since the petitioners are resident of Karnataka and Tamilnadu States, the condition No.2 imposed in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.440 of 2016 on the file of the V Additional Sessions Judge, Rayachoty, is modified and the petitioners shall be released on bail on their executing personal bond for Rs.50,000/- with one local surety and another surety from the native place of the petitioners. All other conditions in the order shall remain un-altered. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. _________________________ JUSTICE C.
