ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the third respondent in interfering and trying to dispossess the petitioners from patta land in R.S.No.267/1 (5 acres 20 cents) and in R.S.No.268/2 (0.11 cents) totally admeasuring 5 acres 31 cents situated in Vadluru Village, Undrajavaram Mandal, West Godavari District, and claiming land belongs to Sri Someswara Swamy & Seeta Ramaswamy Temples, without showing any right or title over the land, as unreasonable, unjust, arbitrary and against the Article 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the fifth respondent to issue pattadar pass books to the petitioners' lands."

Smt. K.V. Rajasree, learned counsel for the petitioners, has addressed a letter dt.06.01.2016 to the Registry stating that her clients have instructed her to withdraw the writ petition. At the hearing, the learned counsel has reiterated the contents of the said letter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.39017 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
