Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

2. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is assailing proceedings of 2nd respondent canceling the petitioner's fair-price-shop dealership authorization.

Although learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the said order is erroneous and that the contentions raised by the petitioner have not been properly considered by 2nd respondent, since the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy in the form of an appeal before the Joint Collector, Ongole, against the impugned order, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the said remedy, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
