JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER WRIT PETITION No.18157 OF 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice SURESH KUMAR KAIT) After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to agitate the right of the petitioner, if final allocation has taken place, and by virtue of that, the petitioner is allocated to State of Andhra Pradesh. Permission is granted with liberty as prayed for. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
