THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 13992 of 2011 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed assailing the alleged interference by the police authorities in the petitioner's construction activity in Vivekananda Nagar Colony, Mansoorabad Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The Station House Officer, Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Cyberabad

Commissionerate, furnished written instructions dated 11.05.2011 to the Office of the learned Government Pleader for Home wherein he stated that no complaint whatsoever had been registered or received against the petitioner in connection with the subject property by the Vanasthalipuram Police Station and that the disputes of the petitioner, if any, were purely civil in nature wherein the police authorities have no role to play. He further stated that the police authorities never interfered with the construction activity of the petitioner.

In the light of the categorical denial by the police authority that they never interfered with the petitioner's construction activity, the grievance of the petitioner in this regard stands settled.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed taking on record the stand of the police authority.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
