Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader states that the direction issued by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the APAT') are complied.

Learned Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Karimnagar dated 25.07.2017, issued in compliance of the directions issued by the APAT. The said proceedings are taken on record.

In view of the same, the contempt cases (TR) are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these contempt cases (Tr) shall stand closed.
