THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3690 of 2014 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since final report is filed before the XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, on 17.09.2014 referring the case as "Civil in Nature", the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
