In view of that, this writ petition is also disposed of, for the reasons stated in the aforesaid writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.

A copy of the order passed in W.P.No.37394 of 2015, dated 18-11-2015 be annexed to this order.
