HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20232 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5.

It is stated by learned counsel appearing for both sides that the issue in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by order dated 18.12.2015 in W.P.No.32614 of 2015.

Accordingly for reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to release the individual Service Connection to the petitioner on payment of the requisite charges within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which shall be subject to further direction which may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Supreme Court in the litigation which is pending before it arising out of judgment dated 12.09.2012 in W.P.No.20407 of 2008 and batch. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
