This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners / accused Nos.2 and 4 seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.296 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Prohibition & Excise Police Station, Dhoolpet, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7(A) read with 8(e) of A.P.Prohibition Act, 1995 read with Sec.34(e) of A.P.Excise Act, 1968 and read with Section 109 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to with draw the petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
