HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 10132 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent in issuing anticipatory pension and gratuity certificate, as arbitrary and illegal. A consequential direction is also sought to the respondent to issue anticipatory pension and gratuity certificate. Though the matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal, none appeared for the petitioner.

A perusal of the record discloses that vide orders dated 09.02.2005 in WPMP No.2374 of 2005, this Court directed the respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.03.2004 and to pass appropriate orders for issuance of anticipatory pension and gratuity certificate along with Appendix-II, Annexure-I duly signed by the concerned authority within four weeks. In view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
