THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 20185 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner asserts that she filed applications before the third and fourth respondents for mutating her name as successor of her grandfather, Chukka Eedaiah, with respect to the land admeasuring Acs.2.01 guntas covered by Survey No.419/3 situated at Jangaon Village, Narayanpur Mandal, Yadadri District, and that pursuant to such applications and pursuant to the order dated 19.03.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.33678 of 2018, on 09.05.2019, a notice came to be issued to her as well as the fifth respondent by the fourth respondent - Tahsildar, Narayanpur Mandal, Yadadri District, directing them to submit necessary documents for grant of pouthi. Her grievance is that in pursuance of the aforesaid notice, she filed all relevant documents, but, so far, the fourth respondent did not pass any order.

Inasmuch as it is asserted by the petitioner that she submitted all relevant documents pursuant to the aforesaid notice issued by the fourth respondent, the latter is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, expeditiously, and in any event, not later

CKR, J W.P.No.20185 of 2019 than four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
