The petitioner claims to be General Secretary of the Shia Wakf Institution viz., Daira Hazrath Mir Mohammed Momin Astrabadi, (RA) at Sultan Shahi, Hyderabad, and his only grievance in this writ petition is that he made a representation on 4-4-2016 followed by another representation in that behalf on 6-1-2017 to continue the managing committee of which he is the general secretary, but the said representations have not been disposed of till date in spite of a positive report of the Inspector-Auditor Wakfs, Circle I and II to continue the present managing committee. Hence, this writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of the recommendation made in that behalf by the Inspector-Auditor Wakfs, the respondents have not moved in the matter and passed orders on the representations made by the petitioner till date. On the other hand, learned standing counsel for the Wakf Board appearing for the respondents submits that the institution in question is under the direct control of Wakf Board and the representations of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law.

In the circumstances, suffice it to direct the 3rd respondent to consider representation of the petitioner stated to above in the light of the report of Inspector Auditor Wakfs, and pass appropriate orders thereon in

accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this petition shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
