HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.414 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WPMP.No.11327 of 2015 in WP.No.8579 of 2015, dated 07-04-2015.

When the matter is listed on 27-03-2019, learned counsel for the petitioner says that he has withdrawn the Vakalat. As there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' for today. Even today also, there is no appearance for the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation submits that in pursuance to the orders passed by this Court, the respondent has considered the case of the petitioner and passed orders on 14-09-2015 and the same was once again reiterated by proceedings dated 15-03-2016, as such there is no violation of orders passed by this Court in the writ petition. No reply affidavit is filed controverting the same. In view of the same, I do not see any willful violation of orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings, if so advised. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
