ORDER:

Feeling aggrieved by non-disposal of I.A.No.1024 of 2015 in I.A.No.952 of 2011 in O.S.No.351 of 2011 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, the petitioner filed this civil revision petition. At the hearing, Mr.G.Shamsundara Rao, learned counsel representing Mr.G.L.V.Ramana Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as regular Officer was not posted, the case was not being taken up and that after this civil revision petition is filed, a regular Officer has been posted.

In the light of the above submissions, the learned Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, is directed to dispose of the aforesaid I.A. as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.6826 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
