,..RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to declare the applicant is eligible for promotion to the post of School Assistant (Physical Science/Maths/LFLHM) as per the subjects as per the seniority and eligibility in terms of the Proc.Rc.No.231g/Ser.lV-212013 d1.4.7.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent as they are within 30% of non-local quota with all consequential benefits by holding the action of the respondents in not considering the case for promotion to the post of School Assistant (Physical Science/Maths/ LFLHM) while including several of the juniors despite the orders of various Courts is clearly illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and unjust and also violative of principles of natural justice.

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated 10.07.20t5, passed the following interim order:- "In view of the above facts and circumstance, the balance of convenience does lie in favour of the applicants. Therefore, pending further orders, the respondents are directed to consider the cases of the applicants for promotion to the post of Schoot Assistants//LFL Headmaster in the ensuing counselling scheduled to be held from 10.07.2015 onwards and pass appropriate orders.,, 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the interim order dated IO.O7.2OLS, the petitioner got promoted and no further orders are required in the Writ petition (TR). Learned Government pleader appearing for the respondents has acceded to the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ petition (TR) is closed. 4.
