The petitioner has filed W.P.M.P.No. 35934 of 2015 seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed along with the said application, it is ordered and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with miscellaneous applications, if any. Liberty is granted to the petitioner as above. No order as to costs. In view of the withdrawal of the writ petition, WPMP No. 31045 of 2015 is dismissed.
