The learned counsel for the petitioner sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law.

2. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.5066 and 5067 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim reliefs shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
