This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of C.C.No.270 of 2013 on the file of learned Judicial First Class Magistrate at Chevella, Ranga Reddy District registered against the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 5 for the offence under Sections 504, 326 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners as well as respondent No.1 03.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri T.V.Ramana Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.2/State has submitted that the case has been compromised before the trial Court in the Lok-Adalat. 04.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that since no cause of action survives to proceed with the case, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
