THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.45059 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in initiating action against the illegal and unauthorized constructions being made by the fifth respondent at the property bearing Dr.No.372, Nagepur village, Navipet Mandal, Nizamabad District in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2016 as illegal and arbitrary.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 25.04.2018. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
