ORAL ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief. "....to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the irregular and in-violation of Art 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India in not considering to absorb petitioner post i.e., Telugu Medium SGT Un-Aided to Telugu Medium Aided post in pursuance of the recommendation of the R2 letter RC.No. 1809/B4-2) P5.11-1/2012 dated 22-09-2016 by issuing and consequently direct the R1 to absorb petitioners Un-Aided SGT post into Grant-in-Aid post in R4 Institution as per G.O.M.S.No. 13 Education Department dated 24.02.2003... When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader submits that proposals sent by the Commissioner School Education vide letter dated 22.9.2016 to the Government are under active consideration of the competent authority and requested to grant reasonable time to take a decision on the proposals and to communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
Having regard to the said submission, learned counsel for petitioner, agreed for disposal of the writ petition by fixing time limit for taking such decision by the competent authority. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of, directing the Government to consider the proposals sent by the Commissioner vide Letter Rc.No. 1809/B4-2) PS II-1 /2012 dated 22.9.2016 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
