In view of the letter dated 27.03.2017, filed by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal revision case, permission for withdrawal is accorded.

Accordingly, Criminal Revision case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
