When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that vide proceedings dated'29.O7.20 17, petitioner has been appointed as Artisan Grade-1. and hence, no further orders are necessary in the u,rit petition and the same may be closed. Counsel for petitioner does not dispute the same. 3.
