THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2297 of 2019 ORDER:

This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/defendants, aggrieved by the order dated 14.08.2019 in I.A.No.1337 of 2019 in O.S.No.273 of 2005 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, whereby the learned Judge has granted police-aid to the Advocate Commissioner.

2.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioners and perused the record.

3.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioners would contend that the Court below ought to have given an opportunity to the petitioners to file their counter affidavit in the said I.A. and the Court below erred in allowing the said I.A.

4.

As seen from the material placed on record, on 13.08.2019 I.A.No.1337 of 2019 was filed by the Advocate Commissioner seeking police aid for execution of warrant. By the impugned order dated 14.08.2019, learned II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, allowed the said I.A. directing the police concerned to provide Aid to the Advocate Commissioner for execution of the warrant. There is no prejudice caused to any party. There is no infirmity in the impugned order. The petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.

5.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed at the admission stage.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
