This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.183 of 2010 on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kadapa, YSR District, registered for the offence under Section 420 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A2 and A3. 2.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, on instructions, reports that the matter has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 24.11.2014 and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the criminal petition. 3.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
