ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 19.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29581 of 2013.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents reported that in pursuance of the order dated 19.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29581 of 2013, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and rejected vide proceedings dated 24.9.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 24.9.2019, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
