THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 9179 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner precisely in this writ petition is that though she submitted an application in Form-VI(A) on 03.11.2014 for issue of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.0-75 cents in Survey No.458/2 of Kothapalli Revenue village, Proddatur mandal, YSR Kadapa district, the 4th respondent-Tahsildar has not acted upon her application till date.

2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the subject matter of the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch.

3. This Court, by a Common Order dated 12.12.2014, disposed of the W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch, observing as follows:

"The petitioners have submitted the Applications in Form VI (A) on 15.07.2013 to the recording authority, the Tahsildar, Varadaiahpalem Mandal, the 4th respondent herein. Therefore, the 4th respondent shall deal with the Applications of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, within a maximum period of three months, at any rate, before the end of March, 2015."

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the application of the petitioner submitted in Form VI (A) on 03.11.2014 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of five months, at any rate, before the end of September, 2015. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
