The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that he had made a representation on 14.06.2019 to the 2nd respondent seeking correction of entries in new Pattadar Passbook and Title Deeds issued to him, and that the 2nd respondent is not passing orders on the said application 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.14.06.2019 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
