HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.2325 of 2016 Order:

The petitioner has come up with a limited prayer seeking a direction to the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada to dispose of O.P.No.36 of 2011 expeditiously.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. On 10-6-2016, notice before admission was ordered. But, it was represented on 22-7-2016 that the respondent was evading service. Therefore on 22-7-2016, this Court permitted the counsel to serve notice on the counsel appearing for the respondent before the trial Court. It has been done and the courier receipt produced.

4. Therefore, considering the limited nature of the prayer made, the revision is disposed of directing the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada to dispose of O.P.No.36 of 2011 expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
