When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent has informed the Court that the order passed by this court in Writ Petition No.2207 of 2016, dated 04.12.2020, has been complied with, and he has also placed before this Court the proceedings dated 30.10.2021, issued by the respondent, to that effect. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the above fact.

In view of above, the Contempt Case is accordingly closed. No costs.
