THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.18647 of 2010 ORDER:

The petitioners pray for the following relief :- " ........ to issue appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the 4(1) Notification issued by the 2nd respondent in Roc.SAR&R/ 4816/ 2010, dt.16.6.2010 to acquire the lands of the petitioners in Sy.No.321 situated at Polavaram Village and Mandal, West Godavari District, without giving the particulars with regard to extent of the land to be acquired as illegal, arbitrary and vague and consequently set aside the 4(1) Notification issued by the 2nd respondent in Roc.SAR&R/ 4816/ 2010, dt.16.6.2010 in so far as the lands of the petitioners are concerned....."

At the time of hearing of vacate stay petition, the Assistant Government Pleader (Land Acquisition) places on record proceedings Roc .No.396/ 2010(LA-ISP), dated 28.09.2016 received from the Revenue Divisional Officer, Jangareddigudem. In view of the stand taken in the proceedings dated 28.09.2016, Sri K.Venkatesh, counsel for petitioners, does not press the writ prayer.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
