HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT COMPANY APPLICATION No.701 of 2016 IN COMPANY PETITION No.100 OF 2002 O R D E R :

The Official Liquidator seeks leave of the Court to invite claims against the company in liquidation from the creditors of the company and for the said purpose, dispense with issuing individual notices, but at the same time permit the Official Liquidator to advertise the notice to invite the claims in 'Andhra Jyothi' and 'Indian Express' newspapers having circulation in Hyderabad and Karimnagar editions. It is further stated that a sum of Rs.30,88,000/- is available to the credit of the company in liquidation and the same is required to be disbursed to admitted and accepted claims.

The application is ordered.
